New Event Discounts Launched
Ahead of opening entries for the 2021 Snowdon Skyline weekend of events on Saturday, today we’re proud to announce the launch of two new entry discount incentives to help promote and support two key athlete groups: those living locally to Snowdonia and those aged 24 and under. Please read on for more…
LOCALS 15% DISCOUNT
It’s no secret that Snowdonia has seen a significant increase in the number of commercial sports events hosted in the National Park over the last few years and we acknowledge that our activities have contributed to this growth.
In response to this, we’re now offering 15% off event entry to any runner who predominantly resides in the county of Anglesey, Conwy or Gwynedd. In addition to our recent initiative to offer an equal-value donation to the Snowdonia Society in lieu of receiving an event T-shirt, we hope this helps to reassure the local communities of Snowdonia that we’re committed to doing our utmost to offset any negative impact that our events may pose.
Please apply the code ‘LOCAL15’ to the discount code area of the cart before completing the entry process. Entrants who take advantage of this code will be required to present suitable physical proof of residence (photo ID featuring postcode, name and addressed utility bill, etc.) during event registration, prior to race bib collection.

YOUNG ATHLETE 50% DISCOUNT
We want to do what we can to support and nurture the growth and development of trail running within younger age groups, who represent the future of the sport. Therefore, if you’ll be aged 24 or under during any APEX Running event, for a 50% discount on entry, please apply the code APEXU25 to the discount code area of the cart before completing the entry process.
There is a wealth of home-grown young talent in the UK ultrarunning scene, so to help any aspiring young athlete fast-track their racing development, I am now also offering a 50% discount on 1:1 coaching for any athlete aged 24 or under (more info about my coaching services HERE). If you, or someone you know, is a talented young runner that shows the potential to bridge the gap to excelling internationally in the future, please get in touch!

SNOWDONIA SOCIETY MEMBERS
We’re also excited to announce we’ve decided to increase the event entry discount for members of the Snowdonia Society to 15% off, up from 10%. Please apply the code ‘SNOWSOC’ to the coupon code area of the cart before completing the entry process, where you will then be asked to input your membership number.
For Snowdonia Society members who predominantly reside in the counties of Anglesey, Conwy or Gwynedd, please use the code 'SNOWSOCLOCAL' for a cool 30% off any event entry! As above, entrants who take advantage of this code will be required to present suitable physical proof of residence (photo ID featuring postcode, name and addressed utility bill, etc.) during event registration, prior to race bib collection.
During what has, and continues to be an exceptionally challenging year to be an event organiser, thank you again for your continued support of APEX Running and I hope to see you on the start line of one of our races next year!
